These Terms of Service govern the relationship between TRIFAN ALEXANDRU-CONSTANTIN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (CUI: 48399276, Registration Number: F40/4782/2023), hereinafter "the Provider," and any person or entity using the website tac-vision.com or contracting our services, hereinafter "the Client."

The Provider offers web design and development services using the Webflow platform. By using our services, the Client also agrees to comply with Webflow's Terms of Service. The Provider is not liable for issues arising from Webflow’s server uptime or platform-wide changes.

• Payment Structure: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to the final website transfer or launch.
  
• Non-Refundability: The deposit covers initial consulting, planning, and resource allocation. Once work has commenced, this deposit cannot be refunded.
• Late Payments: If an invoice is not paid within 7 calendar days, the Provider reserves the right to suspend work or take down the "work-in-progress" site.

In accordance with Romanian OUG 34/2014 regarding consumer rights:

• Exemption: Because our services involve the creation of custom-made digital products (websites) created to your specifications, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed or once work on the custom design has begun with your prior express consent.
• Consent: By paying the deposit and providing the project brief, you expressly consent to the commencement of services and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the design/development process has started.

• Ownership of the final design and code transfers to the Client only upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
• The Provider retains the right to display the project in their professional portfolio and on social media unless a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

The Client must provide feedback and materials in a timely manner. If the Client does not communicate for more than 30 days, the project will be archived and a "Restart Fee" may apply. After 60 days of silence, the project is considered terminated, and no refunds will be issued.

These Terms are governed by Romanian Law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If a resolution is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Bucharest.
